WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?
In compliance with Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and especially Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and by which Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) is repealed, in relation to the personal data provided through the contact email or this website, we inform you that:
The legal basis for this treatment is the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the user, in accordance with the provisions of article 6 a) of the aforementioned General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
The purpose of the data provided by our users are:

The user has the right to access the information that concerns him collected in the treatments of NEUROS CENTER, rectify it if it is erroneous, suppress it, limit its treatment, to the portability of the information when technically possible, as well as oppose its treatment through of a single written and signed communication (attaching a copy of the DNI or equivalent identification document) addressed to the person responsible for the treatment, with the address for notifications for this purpose at Calle Gresolet 14, Bajo, 08034 Barcelona. However, the user may also exercise the aforementioned rights through the email address info@neuroscenter.com, attaching in said email a signed copy of the DNI or equivalent identification document, and establishing as the subject of the email “Exercise of rights”.
NEUROS CENTER may modify its data protection policy according to its criteria, or due to a change in legislation, jurisprudence or in business practice.
