I am a psychologist with an integrative approach that combines mind and body to achieve complete well-being. My training in Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) allows me to understand and address the connection between the brain and the gut, starting from the idea that an inflamed gut is a reflection of an inflamed brain. That’s why I work on emotional health from different perspectives. I am specialized in emotional release and trauma treatment through EMDR and techniques such as tapping. Although my background is cognitive-behavioral psychology, my diverse training allows me to adapt therapeutic tools to the needs of each person. I firmly believe that our experiences and environment influence our personal growth. However, I identify with the idea that “we are not our wounds, but the flowers we plant in them,” a phrase that reflects the essence of how I conceive the therapeutic process: a path of healing, self-knowledge and transformation.
“Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but when you touch a human soul, be just another human soul.” – Carl Jung
