I am passionate about working with people and supporting them through their processes with a human, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach. This dual training allows me to understand you holistically: by integrating the mind, emotions, and brain.  <\/p><p>In the field of psychology, I specialize in trauma through therapies such as EMDR and IFS (Internal Family Systems). This means we\u2019ll work together to heal those experiences or memories that continue to cause you distress today, by embracing and understanding your emotions and supporting the various internal parts that emerge to serve a protective function. <\/p><p>My top priority is to offer you a safe therapeutic space\u2014a trusted refuge where the pace and approach are tailored to what you truly need.<\/p><p>Furthermore, through neuropsychology, I explore how our brain functions (our memory, attention, language, etc.) and how this relates to what we feel and how we behave. Through personalized assessments, we identify both your strengths and your challenges. This allows us to put a name to what\u2019s happening (such as in cases of neurodevelopmental disorders or cognitive decline) and, most importantly, to offer clear solutions and a path forward.  <\/p><p>In addition, I work in rehabilitation and cognitive stimulation to help the brain recover from injury (such as a stroke or head trauma) or to slow the progression of neurodegenerative diseases, always striving to achieve the highest possible quality of life.<\/p><p>Throughout this journey, families are a cornerstone of the process.
