Throughout my career, I have specialized in the study and treatment of mental and emotional processes from an integrative perspective, combining cutting-edge techniques and innovative approaches to offer personalized and effective treatment. <\/p> <p><strong>Training and Specialization<\/strong><br \/>My academic background includes studies in clinical psychology and neuropsychology, and I have deepened my knowledge with specific training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Psychotrauma and Neurofeedback. These disciplines have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the brain processes underlying emotions, behavior and psychological disorders. <\/p> <p><strong>Areas of Intervention<\/strong><br \/>My therapeutic approach is aimed at improving emotional and psychological well-being, with a special focus on the treatment of trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression and cognitive dysfunctions. I use tools such as EMDR, which allows for the effective processing of traumas and painful memories, and Neurofeedback, which helps regulate brain activity to improve cognitive and emotional performance. <\/p> <p>Through a thorough neuropsychological assessment, I can offer accurate diagnoses and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient&#8217;s individual needs. This allows for effective intervention and significant improvement in the quality of life of those seeking to overcome their emotional and cognitive difficulties. <\/p> <p><strong>Commitment to the Patient<\/strong><br \/>My work is based on empathy, active listening and a sincere commitment to the well-being of each person. I believe in the importance of creating a space of trust and safety where the patient can explore their emotions, thoughts and behaviors without fear of judgment.
