I am a Psychologist, with specializations in Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology, and a specialist in Neuropsychology. My passion lies in exploring the intricate workings of the brain and its profound influence on the human experience. My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, and my practice is supported by evidence-backed techniques and therapies designed to address a wide variety of disorders and difficulties. <\/p>

What sets my approach apart is its innovative nature, focusing on the unique intersection between science and art in psychology. I firmly believe in the uniqueness of each individual and adopt a holistic perspective that considers the person in their bio-psycho-social and cultural context. This perspective allows me to adapt and personalize my interventions, recognizing and celebrating the uniqueness of each person with whom I collaborate.<\/p>

Neurofeedback is one of my key tools: a neuroscience technique that allows you to train the brain in emotional, behavioral and cognitive self-regulation. Through this technique, brain function is optimized and the quality of life of patients is significantly improved.<\/p>

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, from children and adolescents to adults and the elderly. My goal goes beyond mere problem solving; It extends to fostering personal self-actualization and emotional well-being.<\/p>

As Oliver Sacks stated: “I understand medicine as a combination of art and science (…). <\/strong> I believe that it is necessary to study illness with the sensitivity of a novelist and always take into account the relationship of each patient with his illness and with the rest of the people.”<\/strong>. This perspective guides me in my ongoing commitment to contributing to the field of neuropsychology and mental health.<\/p>
