Body awareness (Alexander technique)

Alexander Technique: postural re-education through consciousness

Our posture is not static, it is movement, dynamic balance, flexibility… It tells us how we breath, live, and relate.

The Alexander Technique provides us with tools to use in our everyday life, whether we are walking, seated in front of the computer, hangingclothes, cooking, doing sports, carrying a child, singing, playing music or any other activity.

Everything is movement, everything can be conscious, open and flexible movement.

Tools that allow our body to vertically align in order to enjoy natural support and the massage that is breathing. This way we can fully develop and improve our capacity.

How? By opening up our movements and tuning our perception and balance. Re-establishing our natural flexibility, our body’s vitality and our “presence” (full attention, right here right now). This work consists of cowing your own opening, communications and improvisation capacities, and pleasure.
