During the ten years I worked as a psychologist, I realized that treating the mind alone was not enough without considering the body That’s why I felt the need to understand how the body works in a holistic way. This aspect led me to become interested in psychoneuroimmunology (PNI). For me, PNI consists of understanding the body as a set of interconnected systems in continuous bidirectional communication, especially the fascinating relationship between the gut and the brain, always within the context of each patient’s unique and specific life. With PNI, I found patients who did not achieve complete healing because of a trauma, which is why I wanted to deepen my knowledge and trained in EMDR therapy
After years of practice, I realized that what really motivates me is to help people on their path towards integral health transformation.
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in Spanish, Catalan, English, and Italian. Both online and in-person formats.
