Per entendre com funciona la nostra ment i el nostre cos, hem d&#8217;entendre primer qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les neurones i com funcionen.<\/p> <h2>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les neurones?<\/h2> <p>Les neurones s\u00f3n les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del Sistema Nervi\u00f3s, format pel Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Central (SNC) i el Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Perif\u00e8ric (SNP), que estan connectades entre si per poder enviar i rebre informaci\u00f3. El proc\u00e9s pel qual generem noves neurones, tant a l&#8217;etapa embrion\u00e0ria com durant tota la nostra vida, es coneix com a neurog\u00e8nesi.<\/p> <p>Una neurona est\u00e0 composta per diverses parts fonamentals:<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Dendrites<\/strong>: S\u00f3n les ramificacions que reben impulsos nerviosos d&#8217;altres neurones i els transmeten al cos cel\u00b7lular.<\/li> <li><strong>Cos cel\u00b7lular (soma)<\/strong>: \u00c9s la part central de la neurona i cont\u00e9 el nucli amb el material gen\u00e8tic de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula.<\/li> <li><strong>Ax\u00f3<\/strong>: \u00c9s una llarga prolongaci\u00f3 que s&#8217;encarrega de transmetre els impulsos nerviosos cap a altres c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. L&#8217;ax\u00f3 pot estar embolicat amb una capa de mielina, formant les beines de mielina, que permeten conduir l&#8217;impuls nervi\u00f3s m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid.<\/li> <li><strong>Botons terminals (terminals ax\u00f2nics)<\/strong>: S\u00f3n les petites ramificacions que es troben al final de l&#8217;ax\u00f3 que alliberen els neurotransmissors.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h2>Comunicaci\u00f3 Neuronal<\/h2> <p>Les neurones es comuniquen a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un proc\u00e9s electroqu\u00edmic. Quan s&#8217;estimula una neurona, es genera un senyal el\u00e8ctric, un potencial d&#8217;acci\u00f3 que viatja al llarg de l&#8217;ax\u00f3. Aquest potencial d&#8217;acci\u00f3 desencadena l&#8217;alliberament del neurotransmissor, que creuar\u00e0 l&#8217;espai entre neurones fins a unir-se al receptor de la neurona receptora. Aquest espai anomenat esquerda sin\u00e0ptica \u00e9s on es produeix la <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/blog\/la-sinapsis\/\">sinapsi<\/a>.<\/p> <p>Les neurones col\u00b7laboren per formar xarxes dins del cervell i la medul\u00b7la espinal. Aquestes xarxes s&#8217;encarreguen de processar la informaci\u00f3 i de dur a terme diverses funcions cognitives. A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquestes xarxes, la informaci\u00f3 flueix, i ens permet percebre el m\u00f3n, prendre decisions i experimentar la vida.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h2>Tipus de Neurones<\/h2> <p>Hi ha diversos tipus de neurones segons diferents classificacions.<\/p> <p>Basant-nos en la <strong>transmissi\u00f3 de l&#8217;impuls nervi\u00f3s<\/strong>, podem trobar les neurones presin\u00e0ptiques, encarregades d&#8217;enviar els <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/blog\/neurotransmisores\/\">neurotransmissors<\/a>, i les neurones postsin\u00e0ptiques, que s\u00f3n les que reben aquests neurotransmissors.<\/p> <p>Un altre enfocament de classificaci\u00f3 es basa en la<strong> direcci\u00f3 de l&#8217;impuls nervi\u00f3s i la seva funci\u00f3<\/strong>, on trobem les neurones aferents, que s\u00f3n les neurones sensorials, encarregades de portar la informaci\u00f3 des dels receptors cap al Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Central, i les neurones eferents, que s\u00f3n les neurones motores, que transmeten la informaci\u00f3 des del Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Central fins als m\u00fasculs i \u00f2rgans. D&#8217;altra banda, tamb\u00e9 hi trobem les interneurones, que s&#8217;encarreguen de connectar diferents neurones i participen en la integraci\u00f3 i el processament de la informaci\u00f3.<\/p> <p>Tamb\u00e9 podem classificar les neurones segons el<strong>tipus de <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/blog\/la-sinapsis\/\">sinapsi<\/a><\/strong>, diferenciant entre neurones excitat\u00f2ries, les que generen una resposta excitat\u00f2ria a la neurona postsin\u00e0ptica, i neurones inhibit\u00f2ries, que generen una resposta inhibit\u00f2ria a la neurona postsin\u00e0ptica. A m\u00e9s, hi ha neurones moduladores que s&#8217;encarreguen de la regulaci\u00f3 de la resposta neuronal.<\/p> <p>Les neurones tamb\u00e9 es poden classificar <strong>segons la morfologia.<\/strong> Les neurones unipolars tenen una sola prolongaci\u00f3 que actua tant de dendrita com d&#8217;ax\u00f3. Les neurones bipolars en tenen dues, una dendrita i un ax\u00f3. Les neurones multipolars s\u00f3n les m\u00e9s comunes i tenen m\u00faltiples dendrites d&#8217;entrada i un ax\u00f3 de sortida.<\/p> <p>Finalment, segons el <strong>neurotransmissor<\/strong> que alliberen, trobem neurones serotonin\u00e8rgiques, dopamin\u00e8rgiques, GABA\u00e8rgiques, glutamat\u00e8rgiques, colin\u00e8rgiques, noradren\u00e8rgiques, etc., cadascuna amb les seves funcions i efectes espec\u00edfics.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h2>Neurones i Aprenentatge<\/h2> <p>Les neurones s\u00f3n fonamentals per als processos d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/blog\/el-aprendizaje\/\">aprenentatge<\/a> i mem\u00f2ria. Quan aprenem alguna cosa nova, les nostres neurones formen noves connexions i enforteixen les que ja tenim. Aquest proc\u00e9s es coneix com a <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/blog\/que-es-la-neuroplasticidad\/\">neuroplasticitat<\/a>. Durant l&#8217;aprenentatge, l&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3 repetida o intensa enforteix les connexions sin\u00e0ptiques, cosa que facilita la transmissi\u00f3 de senyals el\u00e8ctrics i qu\u00edmics.<\/p> <p>La plasticitat sin\u00e0ptica i la formaci\u00f3 de noves connexions neuronals s\u00f3n fonamentals per emmagatzemar la informaci\u00f3. A mesura que es repeteix i es refor\u00e7a l&#8217;aprenentatge, les nostres connexions sin\u00e0ptiques s&#8217;enforteixen i aix\u00f2 facilita la recuperaci\u00f3 posterior i el record de la informaci\u00f3 que aprenem.<\/p> <p>La neuroplasticitat, aquesta gran capacitat de les neurones per adaptar-se i canviar, \u00e9s una cosa tamb\u00e9 fonamental en la rehabilitaci\u00f3 i recuperaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de lesions cerebrals o accidents cerebrovasculars.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h2>Neurofeedback<\/h2> <p>El<a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/neurofeedback\/\"> Neurofeedback<\/a> \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica que, mitjan\u00e7ant entrenament cerebral, permet optimitzar el funcionament cerebral. El <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/neurofeedback\/\">Neurofeedback<\/a> pot influir en la manera com les neurones es comuniquen entre si.
