Aquestes funcions, i moltes altres, s\u00f3n possibles gr\u00e0cies al Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Aut\u00f2nom (SNA).<\/p> <h2><\/h2> <h2>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Aut\u00f2nom?<\/h2> <p>El Sistema Nervi\u00f3s (SN) \u00e9s un sistema de comunicaci\u00f3 al nostre cos que ens permet sentir i respondre al m\u00f3n que ens envolta. El SN es divideix en dues parts principals: el Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Central i el Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Perif\u00e8ric.<\/p> <ol> <li>El <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/blog\/sistema-nervioso-central\/\"><strong>Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Central <\/strong>(SNC)<\/a> est\u00e0 format pel cervell i la medul\u00b7la espinal i s&#8217;encarrega de processar la informaci\u00f3 sensorial i generar respostes motores.<\/li> <li>El <strong>Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Perif\u00e8ric<\/strong> (SNP) est\u00e0 compost pels nervis que connecten el SNC amb els m\u00fasculs, \u00f2rgans i teixits del cos, i es divideix en dues parts principals:<\/li> <li>El <strong>Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Som\u00e0tic<\/strong> (SNS) \u00e9s responsable de controlar els moviments <strong>voluntaris<\/strong> i la percepci\u00f3 sensorial conscient.<\/li> <li>El <strong>Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Aut\u00f2nom<\/strong> (SNA), o Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Vegetatiu, s&#8217;encarrega de controlar les funcions corporals <strong>involunt\u00e0ries<\/strong>, com ara la respiraci\u00f3, el ritme card\u00edac, la digesti\u00f3 o la temperatura corporal, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/li> <\/ol> <p>Per tant, el SNA controla moltes funcions que s\u00f3n essencials per mantenir l&#8217;<strong>home\u00f2stasi o l&#8217;equilibri intern del cos.<\/strong><\/p> <h2><\/h2> <h2>Quines funcions t\u00e9 el Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Aut\u00f2nom?<\/h2> <p>El SNA funciona com un sistema autom\u00e0tic que va ajustant les funcions corporals en funci\u00f3 dels canvis que percebem a l&#8217;entorn o al nostre propi cos.<\/p> <p>El SNA controla moltes funcions importants, algunes d&#8217;aquestes funcions s\u00f3n:<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>La freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca i la pressi\u00f3 arterial<\/strong>: el batec del cor i la for\u00e7a amb qu\u00e8 bomba la sang.<\/li> <li><strong>La respiraci\u00f3<\/strong>: la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i profunditat de la respiraci\u00f3.<\/li> <li><strong>La digesti\u00f3<\/strong>: la producci\u00f3 de sucs g\u00e0strics i la mobilitat intestinal.<\/li> <li><strong>La temperatura<\/strong>: la sudoraci\u00f3 i el flux de sang a la pell per regular la temperatura del cos.<\/li> <li><strong>La vista<\/strong>: encara que el SNA no controla la vista s\u00ed que t\u00e9 un efecte indirecte en regular la dilataci\u00f3 o constricci\u00f3 de la pupil\u00b7la.<\/li> <li><strong>La resposta sexual<\/strong>: l&#8217;erecci\u00f3 i la lubricaci\u00f3, la contracci\u00f3 dels m\u00fasculs del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0, l&#8217;excitaci\u00f3 sexual i el desig.<\/li> <li><strong>El control d&#8217;esf\u00ednters<\/strong>: el control dels m\u00fasculs implicats en la defecaci\u00f3 i la micci\u00f3.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h2>Quins sistemes conformen el Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Aut\u00f2nom?<\/h2> <p>El SNA es compon de dos sistemes principals: el sistema nervi\u00f3s simp\u00e0tic i el sistema nervi\u00f3s parasimp\u00e0tic. Tots dos sistemes treballen junts, per\u00f2 tenen diferents funcions:<\/p> <ul> <li>El <strong>Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Simp\u00e0tic<\/strong> s&#8217;activa en situacions d&#8217;estr\u00e8s i perill i facilita una resposta de lluita o fugida. Quan s&#8217;activa aquest sistema augmenta la nostra freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, se&#8217;ns dilaten els bronquis i els vasos sanguinis per augmentar el flux de sang i oxigen als m\u00fasculs i alliberem adrenalina i altres hormones que permeten augmentar la nostra energia i atenci\u00f3.<\/li> <li>El <strong>Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Parasimp\u00e0tic<\/strong> s&#8217;activa en situacions en qu\u00e8 estem relaxats i tranquils i, per tant, facilita el descans. Quan s&#8217;activa el sistema nervi\u00f3s parasimp\u00e0tic disminueix la nostra freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, es contrauen els nostres bronquis i els vasos sanguinis i augmenta l&#8217;activitat del nostre sistema digestiu i urinari.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Stephen Porges<\/strong> va crear la <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/ca\/blog\/teoria-polivagal\/\"><strong>teoria Polivagal <\/strong><\/a>per explicar m\u00e9s detalladament el funcionament d&#8217;aquests sistemes segons les situacions que hem d&#8217;afrontar.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h2>El SNA i el trauma<\/h2> <p>Quan experimentem un esdeveniment traum\u00e0tic, el nostre SNA entra en una resposta de \u201clluita o fugida\u201d, \u00e9s a dir, s&#8217;activa el nostre Sistema Nervi\u00f3s Simp\u00e0tic per augmentar les nostres probabilitats de sobreviure, amb tot all\u00f2 que aix\u00f2 implica.<\/p> <p>De vegades, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver experimentat un trauma o estar exposats de manera constant a una situaci\u00f3 estressant, ens podem quedar en aquest estat d&#8217;alerta constant. Aix\u00f2 ens pot causar una s\u00e8rie de problemes f\u00edsics i mentals, com ara ansietat, depressi\u00f3, trastorns del son, problemes digestius, problemes de mem\u00f2ria i concentraci\u00f3, dolors cr\u00f2nics, entre molts altres. Sovint caldr\u00e0 poder tractar aquest trauma per ajudar en la regulaci\u00f3 del SNA i poder aix\u00ed reduir la simptomatologia.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h3><strong>EMDR per a tractar el trauma<\/strong><\/h3> <p>El tractament amb <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/ca\/emdr\/\">EMDR (Desensibilitzaci\u00f3 i Reprocessament per Moviments Oculars)<\/a> \u00e9s especialment efectiu en casos de Trastorn d&#8217;Estr\u00e8s Posttraum\u00e0tic. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica t\u00e9 com a objectiu reprocessar els records traum\u00e0tics per poder reduir les emocions negatives associades a aquests.
