L&#8217;enc\u00e8fal, alhora, est\u00e0 conformat pel cerebel, el tronc encef\u00e0lic i el cervell.<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Cerebel<\/strong>: coordina els moviments, l&#8217;equilibri i l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3.<\/li> <li><strong>Tronc encef\u00e0lic<\/strong>: \u00e9s la uni\u00f3 entre el cervell i la medul\u00b7la espinal i est\u00e0 format pel bulb raquidi i la protuber\u00e0ncia. S&#8217;encarrega de funcions vitals com ara la respiraci\u00f3 o l&#8217;activitat del cor.<\/li> <li><strong>Cervell<\/strong>: \u00e9s la principal estructura del sistema nervi\u00f3s central i \u00e9s el centre de control de totes les funcions corporals i mentals. Est\u00e0 compost per milions de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules nervioses anomenades neurones i c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de suport anomenades gl\u00edas.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>El cervell \u00e9s considerat un dels \u00f2rgans m\u00e9s complexos i misteriosos del cos hum\u00e0. Con\u00e8ixer el funcionament del cervell continua sent molt complex avui dia, no obstant, s\u00ed que sabem moltes coses sobre ell.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h2>Els hemisferis cerebrals<\/h2> <p>El cervell es divideix en dues parts sim\u00e8triques, els hemisferis cerebrals. Ambd\u00f3s hemisferis estan connectats per un feix de fibres nervioses anomenat cos call\u00f3s i cadascun s&#8217;especialitza en realitzar funcions lleugerament diferents:<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Hemisferi esquerre<\/strong>: Controla la part dreta del cos i entre les seves funcions hi ha: processar informaci\u00f3 l\u00f2gica, matem\u00e0tica i verbal, resoluci\u00f3 de problemes, planificaci\u00f3 o el llenguatge.<\/li> <li><strong>Hemisferi dret<\/strong>: Controla la part esquerra del cos i s&#8217;encarrega de processar informaci\u00f3 visual i espacial o la capacitat creativa.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>\u00c9s important destacar que tots dos hemisferis treballen junts per realitzar una \u00e0mplia varietat de tasques complexes.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h2>Els l\u00f2buls cerebrals<\/h2> <p>L&#8217;escor\u00e7a cerebral \u00e9s la capa externa i m\u00e9s gran del cervell hum\u00e0. Est\u00e0 organitzada en \u00e0rees espec\u00edfiques que s&#8217;especialitzen en funcions particulars, els l\u00f2buls cerebrals i aquestes \u00e0rees estan connectades entre si a trav\u00e9s de fibres nervioses.<\/p> <h3>L\u00f2bul frontal<\/h3> <p>El l\u00f2bul frontal \u00e9s una de les \u00e0rees m\u00e9s grans i complexes del cervell hum\u00e0. T\u00e9 una estructura i funcions molt diverses. Algunes de les funcions clau de qu\u00e8 \u00e9s responsable el l\u00f2bul frontal s\u00f3n:<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Funcions executives<\/strong>: s\u00f3n un conjunt de processos cognitius que permeten planificar, organitzar, iniciar, monitoritzar i controlar accions i pensaments complexos per tal d&#8217;aconseguir metes i solucionar problemes. Inclouen habilitats com l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 selectiva, la flexibilitat cognitiva, la mem\u00f2ria de treball i la inhibici\u00f3 de respostes no desitjades.<\/li> <li><strong>Control motor<\/strong>: coordina els moviments voluntaris i la parla.<\/li> <li><strong>Presa de decisions<\/strong>: ajuda a avaluar opcions i prendre decisions.<\/li> <li><strong>Conducta social<\/strong>: influeix en la conducta social i emocional, inclosa l&#8217;empatia i la regulaci\u00f3 emocional.<\/li> <li><strong>Aprenentatge per recompensa i c\u00e0stig<\/strong>: est\u00e0 involucrat a l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 de recompensa i c\u00e0stig amb est\u00edmuls i accions espec\u00edfiques.<\/li> <li><strong>Llenguatge<\/strong>: al l\u00f2bul frontal hi ha l&#8217;\u00e0rea responsable de la producci\u00f3 del llenguatge parlat i escrit, l&#8217;\u00e0rea de Broca.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>L\u00f2bul parietal<\/h3> <p>El l\u00f2bul parietal est\u00e0 situat entre el l\u00f2bul frontal i occipital. \u00c9s una regi\u00f3 important del cervell que s&#8217;encarrega de processar i integrar informaci\u00f3 sensorial i motora. M\u00e9s concretament, entre les funcions consta:<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Processament sensorial<\/strong>: processa la informaci\u00f3 sensorial, incloent-hi tacte, dolor, temperatura i percepci\u00f3 espacial.<\/li> <li><strong>Integraci\u00f3 sensorial<\/strong>: integra informaci\u00f3 sensorial de diferents fonts, tant internes com a externes.<\/li> <li><strong>Processament num\u00e8ric<\/strong>: \u00e9s responsable del processament i comprensi\u00f3 dels n\u00fameros i les matem\u00e0tiques.<\/li> <li><strong>Regulaci\u00f3 motora<\/strong>: involucrat en la planificaci\u00f3 i control motor.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>L\u00f2bul occipital<\/h3> <p>El l\u00f2bul occipital es troba a la zona posterior del cap. Les funcions que duu a terme el l\u00f2bul occipital es relacionen fonamentalment amb el sentit de la vista:<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Percepci\u00f3 visual<\/strong>: processa la informaci\u00f3 visual rebuda pels ulls i la converteix en imatges mentals.<\/li> <li><strong>Identificaci\u00f3 d&#8217;objectes<\/strong>: ajuda a identificar i recon\u00e8ixer objectes visuals.<\/li> <li><strong>Visi\u00f3 espacial<\/strong>: permet percebre la posici\u00f3 i el moviment dels objectes a l&#8217;espai.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>L\u00f2bul temporal<\/h3> <p>El l\u00f2bul temporal est\u00e0 situat als costats del cap, a l&#8217;al\u00e7ada de les orelles. Aquest l\u00f2bul est\u00e0 implicat en diverses funcions molt importants com:<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Percepci\u00f3 auditiva<\/strong>: realitza el processament inicial de la informaci\u00f3 auditiva.<\/li> <li><strong>Llenguatge<\/strong>: al l\u00f2bul temporal se situa l&#8217;\u00e0rea de Wernicke, la principal encarregada de la comprensi\u00f3 del llenguatge.<\/li> <li><strong>Mem\u00f2ria<\/strong>: permet la formaci\u00f3, emmagatzematge i recuperaci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria a curt i llarg termini.<\/li> <li><strong>Processament emocional<\/strong>: es duu a terme la percepci\u00f3 i processament de les emocions<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>La \u00ednsula<\/h3> <p>Es troba a l&#8217;interior del cervell hum\u00e0, just a sota dels l\u00f2buls frontal, temporal i parietal. L&#8217;\u00ednsula \u00e9s una estructura petita per\u00f2 important implicada en una \u00e0mplia varietat de funcions:<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Percepci\u00f3 sensorial<\/strong>: integraci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3 sensorial, incl\u00f2s el gust, l&#8217;olfacte i la percepci\u00f3 del dolor.<\/li> <li><strong>Emoci\u00f3<\/strong>: l&#8217;\u00ednsula est\u00e0 molt connectada amb el sistema l\u00edmbic, per la qual cosa est\u00e0 implicada en la regulaci\u00f3 de les emocions. Concretament, s&#8217;ha relacionat molt amb el desig i les addiccions.<\/li> <li><strong>Regulaci\u00f3 auton\u00f2mica<\/strong>: regulaci\u00f3 de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, temperatura corporal, equilibri i altres funcions corporals.<\/li> <li><strong>Cognici\u00f3 social<\/strong>: processament d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 social, incloent l&#8217;empatia.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2><\/h2> <h2><strong>El Dienc\u00e8fal<\/strong><\/h2> <p>El dienc\u00e8fal est\u00e0 situat sota els hemisferis ia sobre del tronc cerebral. Est\u00e0 format per dues estructures: el T\u00e0lem i l&#8217;Hipot\u00e0lem.<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>T\u00e0lem<\/strong>: \u00e9s l&#8217;estructura per on passa tota la informaci\u00f3 sensorial i motora i, en part, es processa. Des d\u00b4aqu\u00ed es distribueix la informaci\u00f3 a les \u00e0rees cerebrals corresponents. A m\u00e9s, interv\u00e9 en el control motor, la modulaci\u00f3 emocional i el control del son.<\/li> <li><strong>Hipot\u00e0lem<\/strong>: \u00e9s una \u00e0rea imprescindible per a la regulaci\u00f3 de moltes funcions corporals i per mantenir l&#8217;home\u00f2stasi. Interv\u00e9 en funcions com ara: la ingesta d&#8217;aliments, el son, la temperatura corporal, la secreci\u00f3 d&#8217;hormones, la regulaci\u00f3 emocional o la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2><\/h2> <h2><strong>El Sistema L\u00edmbic<\/strong><\/h2> <p>El sistema l\u00edmbic, o el tamb\u00e9 anomenat \u201cCervell emocional\u201d, \u00e9s un conjunt d&#8217;estructures cerebrals que estan involucrades en la regulaci\u00f3 de les emocions, la mem\u00f2ria, l&#8217;aprenentatge i la motivaci\u00f3. El conformen principalment l&#8217;hipot\u00e0lem, l&#8217;hipocamp, l&#8217;am\u00edgdala i l&#8217;escor\u00e7a orbitofrontal. No obstant aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 hi intervenen altres \u00e0rees relacionades com el Gir Cingulat, l&#8217;\u00c0rea Septal o l&#8217;\u00c0rea Tegmental Ventral. Les funcions de les principals \u00e0rees implicades s\u00f3n:<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>Hipot\u00e0lem<\/strong>: com s&#8217;esmenta anteriorment, una de les funcions en qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 implicada aquesta estructura \u00e9s en la regulaci\u00f3 emocional.<\/li> <li><strong>Hipocamp<\/strong>: t\u00e9 un paper fonamental en els processos de mem\u00f2ria i aprenentatge.<\/li> <li><strong>Am\u00edgdala<\/strong>: est\u00e0 implicada en la regulaci\u00f3 emocional, la mem\u00f2ria emocional, la resposta de fugida o lluita i la resposta sexual, entre d&#8217;altres funcions.<\/li> <li><strong>Escor\u00e7a Orbitofrontal<\/strong>: participa en el control d&#8217;impulsos, la regulaci\u00f3 de la conducta, l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 social i la presa de decisions.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2><\/h2> <h2><strong>Els Ganglis Basals<\/strong><\/h2> <p>Els ganglis basals s\u00f3n un grup d&#8217;estructures de subst\u00e0ncia grisa ubicades a la base del cervell i formats per: la Subst\u00e0ncia Negra, el Globus P\u00e0l\u00b7lid, el Nucli Caudat, el Putamen, el Nucli Accumbens i el Nucli Subtal\u00e0mic.<\/p> <p>Tenen diverses funcions importants, per\u00f2 a nivell gen\u00e8ric intervenen en el control del moviment, la programaci\u00f3 de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de moviments, la regulaci\u00f3 dels estats d&#8217;alerta i l&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p> <h2><strong>El cervell, un univers per descobrir<\/strong><\/h2> <p>El cervell continua sent un gran desconegut. \u00c9s un \u00f2rgan complex i sorprenent, amb moltes funcions i caracter\u00edstiques \u00faniques.<\/p> <p>Tot i els aven\u00e7os en la comprensi\u00f3 de la seva estructura i el seu funcionament, encara hi ha molt per aprendre sobre ell. L&#8217;estudi del cervell \u00e9s crucial per comprendre la ment humana, els trastorns mentals i neurol\u00f2gics i, aix\u00ed, millorar la qualitat de vida.<\/p> <p>Una de les eines de qu\u00e8 disposem per a l&#8217;estudi del cervell \u00e9s el <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/ca\/avaluacions\/mapeig-topografic-cerebral\/\">QEEG<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/neuroscenter.com\/ca\/avaluacions\/mapeig-topografic-cerebral\/\">mapeig topogr\u00e0fic<\/a>, que permet con\u00e8ixer l&#8217;activitat el\u00e8ctrica cerebral.
