d&#8217;\u00e0nim, representen un dels principals problemes de salut a nivell psicol\u00f2gic. S&#8217;identifiquen com a afectius tots aquells trastorns que generen un canvi significatiu en l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i que afecten negativament la vida de l&#8217;individu generant un malestar. Quan la persona est\u00e0 patint un episodi d\u2019un trastorn afectiu, es poden notar una modificaci\u00f3 i una alteraci\u00f3 de la seva manera de ser habitual, i les seves activitats quotidianes es veuen afectades.<\/p> <p>Existeixen diferents <b>tipus de trastorns de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim<\/b>, entre els quals trobem el trastorn bipolar, el trastorn de depressi\u00f3 major, i la dist\u00edmia. \u00c9s molt important recon\u00e8ixer els s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;aquests trastorns i anar a ter\u00e0pia com m\u00e9s aviat millor, ja que poden ser tractats amb \u00e8xit, sobretot si
